What one scan costs in credits
One credit scans 25 accounts of a list, so a scan costs the list's size ÷ 25, rounded up, and never less than 10 credits. Following and followers are separate lists, charged separately.

You pick how often each account is scanned automatically. It is a ceiling, not a schedule: a list is scanned when its count moved, or after a week. A 1,000-account list costs at most 1,200 credits a month daily, 400 every 3 days and 172 weekly.

Every scan is quoted before it runs, and the charge never goes above the quote.

Monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle — they don't roll over. Trial credits never expire: what's left when the 3-day trial ends stays in your balance. The credits that expire soonest are always spent first.

Yes. A completed scan is charged whether or not it finds changes, because the work was done. A scan that fails, a private or missing account and a hidden list are never charged, and we tell you which.
Monthly credits don't: they expire at the end of each monthly cycle. Trial credits never expire — what's left after the 3-day trial stays in your balance. The credits that expire soonest are always spent first, so nothing is wasted by the order.
A scan your credits can't cover doesn't run. Automatic scans wait for your next monthly credits, and the account says so. Count checks stay free, and you can upgrade at any time for more credits.
Only the price: $199 a year for Starter or $499 for Pro, 2 months free against paying monthly. You get the same credits every month as on monthly billing.
Cancel in one click from Settings; your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Moving between Starter and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing, happens in the billing portal.
Tracking pauses and your history stays readable; nothing is deleted, and credits you haven't used stay in your balance. Pick Starter or Pro and the account you track resumes where it left off. The trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
